Payment/Insurance
KCK Therapy Services, PLLC does not currently accept insurance. All services will be paid for prior to each session scheduled. If at anytime the company starts to accept insurance, all patients and/or their caregivers will be notified.
Hours for therapy
Therapy services are provided during business days. Therapy starts when therapist logs on to the link or arrives at the therapy location. It is important to be present and on time all the time to get full therapy session. Special appointments may be made on Saturday and Sunday for teletherapy sessions with additional payment incurred.
Cancellations/Missed Visits
To get the most out of speech therapy requires consistency. It is important to be punctual and on time. If therapy must be cancelled, we require a 12-24-hour notice, if one is not given, a cancellation fee of 50 dollars will apply. Make up sessions will be scheduled for another time depending on therapist availability. If therapy has to be cancelled and rescheduled 3 times within a month, client will be placed on a wait list until the reason for inconstancy is resolved.
Holidays
Our office is closed on certain Federal Holidays. Holidays observed include Christmas (December 25-January 1), New year, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Juneteenth
